Options for the client’s changes

Apart from the selection of standard materials, we offer our clients an opportunity to order customized client changes. Clients can request modifications in individual categories of changes, depending on the degree of progress in the construction. The main changes involve the following:

- Interior layout – such as modifications of the building’s structure, changes in the partition walls and heating changes
- Interior installations - such as water distribution, sewage, electricity, position of interior doors and preparation of wiring for the kitchen counter
- Optional choice above the standards – such as a selection of different floor coverings, wall and floor tiles, apartment furnishings and interior doors.

Furthermore, the client can also select from a wide variety of materials which are available in the showrooms of our main suppliers. There, the client will make the selection according to his ideas and the price of standard material will be credited towards the cost of the client’s new selection. Thus the client will be paying only for the difference between the price of standard materials and the cost of his individual choice.
