1.8.2012 - Kejřův Park is about to finalize
The premises is experiencing last adjustments of the buildings and finishing of the greenery right now. Playground and minigolf course are fully equipped and expecting first little visitors. All systems will be put into operation and anything unfinished will be set in order during August. At the end of summer first flats will be handed over to their new owners.


28.6.2012 - Operational Permit
The building department of Prague 9 municipality has just issued the operational permit for apartment buildings in Kejřův Park. Right now we are finishing the works and last adjustments of the landscaping. At the same time we proceed on revitalization of Horejsi Lake and continue with landscape works within the brand new park next to the project.


1.6.2012 - Last open day before approval

1.2.2012 - Revitalization of Kejřův Park’s environs begins
Star Group Ltd. in cooperation with Prague City hall has started revitalization of the area between the Rokytka river and mill race. The aim is to form a meadow with new vegetation and restore the old pond. This will create brand new park right infron of the windows of new flats.

13.7.2011 – Vysočanská radiála will be opened at the end of 2011
The essential connection of the Prague ring road, expressway R10 and Letňany district will be finished by opening Vysočanská radiála at the end of 2011. Then there will start restriction of entrance for trucks and cars over 7,5 tons to the streets Průmyslová, Kbelská and Poděbradská. This will greatly reduce traffic, noise and emissions to entire Hloubětín district and influence environment of Kejřův park.


24.5.2011 – Sales office open 7 day a week
Now you can visit the sales office and showroom also during the weekends regularly between 11AM and 5 PM. Here you can get acquainted with the project Kejřův Park and personally visit the construction site. 10.5.2011 – Restoration of Hořejší lake and surrounding areas
Revitalization project of Hořejší lake and its surrounding areas has valid planning permission. All indications are that the work on the pond sludge removal, treatment of the surrounding shores and river Rokytka will begin later this year. Developer is intensively working on the revitalization of land in the southern part of the project which in future could be some additional natural relaxation zone. 15.3.2011 – Opened showroom
We have opened a new showroom in the areas of our sales offices, where we will be happy to provide you with the detailed information on standard materials in the project and where you can view and select tiling, paving, flooring and interior doors for your new apartment.


1.3.2011 – Base plate
Reinforcement base was completed in February. Now, with receding frost we are gradually casting underlying layers and the base plate.


20.1.2011 – The building foundation
During January we completed earthworks and excavation of soil. The general contractor has already started setting up the building by drilling more than 200 pilots and their casting.


3.12.2010 – Presentation at Galerie Harfa
Until Christmas, you can visit our stand at the newly opened shopping mall Galerie Harfa in Prague 9. Here you can view three-dimensional site model, video, visualizations and get detailed information about new flats from our sellers.


1.11.2010 – Construction has begun
The construction site was handed over to the contractor on 1 November 2010 and construction work started in record time, just two months after starting sales. The project already has a solid foundation and all 5 buildings are under construction at the same time and set to be completed by the end of 2012.

September 13, 2010 – New Sales Office Opens
Starting from Monday, September 13, a new sales office will open at Kejřův Mlýn on K Náhonu 2 in Prague 9. The office will provide detailed information on the neighboring Kejřův Park development and allow visitors the opportunity to personally tour the site of the development. Sales assistants are available to help you Monday to Friday 11 am to 7 pm. We are looking forward to your visit.


September 11, 2010 – Exhibition and Children's Day at Galerie Fenix
You are cordially invited to an exhibition on the changing landscape and environment of Prague 9 to take place on Saturday, September 11 at the Galerie Fenix. The exhibition, which will include a related Children's Day, will present a collection of photographs of Kejřův Mlýn and Keřův Park documenting the transformation of Prague 9 from a neglected are of the city to a rich and lively living environment. A children's program full of fun attractions will accompany the event.

Kejrův Park lies along a newly-constructed bicycle path that runs directly to the center of Prague, providing a healthy and environmentally friendly alternative means of transportation. The new bicycle path links to an already existing path on the north and south to form a 3 km track reaching to Liben, Troja, Kije, Počernice and the city center.
