Construction of 5th floor has been finished. In the following days, works on truss and roof will be done. Internal partitions are being done on 3rd floor and lower. Water supply distribution, sewerage, electric distribution, air-conditioning system and heating have been finished on 1st floor.
Raiffeisenbank a.s. has become a funding bank for project Kejřův Park 2 and an agreement on debt financing has been closed. Apartment houses under construction have been recorded in land register.
Opposed to most of other developers, Star Group takes care of cultural aspect of their projects and standard of public area in the vicinity. Therefore, in cooperation with several leading artists, we have started installation of artwork in Kejřův Park premises.
On the base of a tender, a contract with the chief supplier of the companies, Swietelsky stavební s.r.o., was signed today. On the following days the building site will be handed over. Termination date has been assigned to February 2014.
The sale of apartments from Kejřův Park’s second phase has officially begun. The first customers can now – thanks to an initial discount of up to 10% - acquire a new apartment under exceptionally favourable terms. Discounts only apply however until the end of this year!
Soil excavation and associated earthwork down to the level of the underground garages is currently in progress. Earthworks will be completed in September.
The Prague 9 Building Authority issued a building permit for the construction of the residential buildings “Kejřův Park 2”, which became effective on 19th July 2012.
